Free will

 

Free will is a delusion
Maybe it is a paradox
Even an oxymoron
I just don’t know

Religion decided at birth
Intelligence decided by a paper
Ideologies controlled by politicians
Taste conditioned by diet

Can I trust my instinct?
Intuitions, are they reliable?
Hunches, are they dependable?
Can we truly and freely make our own choices?

The illusion of free will
The actuality of self determination
One is illogical, the other not
But, it would take a philosopher to know the difference
