Delusions of grandeur
The emperor in his new clothes,
Walking around buck naked
Parading his “crown jewels”,
Oblivious to his own vanity
Looking to be the king of the world,
When he is ridiculed by his own
Bullying the weak,
To plunder their wealth
No it is not Genghis Khan,
Not Napoleon either
Definitely not Hitler
But, you know who it is
The squint thinks the rest of us are blind
The people are aware but the leaders are feckless
Fully aware of the inane emperor
But not ready to call him out
His delusions of grandeur,
Is dismantling the peace
With the common man facing the daily wrath,
Can someone come forth and flush this orange turd away
