It is not easy to say goodbye
If goodbye is the last word you get to say

Goodbye!
Not just an end to a chapter
But, the final dot in a story.

But why wait until the end
When a thousand words can be said in between

A single smile would be worth as much
A single nod would say as much
A single gesture may suffice

Don’t miss the opportunity
Whether it is to a friend, family or foe
It’s okay to say goodbye!

But, it is not easy to say goodbye!
